Creation and management of the ASTEK Group's Industrial Department, aimed at coordinating activities related to Quality, Security, Environment and all administration of the group's networks and systems.
In 2021, the Industrial Department joined the Security Office, which is responsible for defence clearances.
From 2024, founding member of the AI Strategy Committee, in charge of defining the uses of artificial intelligence within the ASTEK Group.
International coordination for the alignment of systems and security across ASTEK's main foreign subsidiaries (Poland, Spain, Canada).
Team composition:
- An team manager, with 12 technicians and engineers, including 3 people offshore
- A quality & environment director, also in charge of the Security Office with an assistant
- A CISO and his assistant

Director of INTITEK, a subsidiary of the ASTEK group, responsible for the design and manufacture of industrial products
Day-to-day management of a multidisciplinary team, ranging from cable assemblers to experienced engineers
Organisation of activities, management of schedules, definition of short- and medium-term objectives
Recruitment and coaching of teams, as well as everyday animation
Negotiating and monitoring complex contracts or contracts with major accounts
Establishing and monitoring the budget, supervising P&L, organising invoicing, handling disputes, updating dashboards
Technical leader for design projects and industrialisation activities, project management, implementation of libraries of reusable components
Member of the ASTEK Group Management Committee, monthly reporting on activities and performance
