Creation and management of ASTEK Group's Industrial Department, aimed at coordinating activities related to Quality, Security, Environment as well as the entire administration of networks and systems across the group.
In 2021, the Industrial Department integrated the Security Office, responsible for defence clearances
From 2024 onwards, founding member of the AI Strategic Committee responsible for defining artificial intelligence usage within the ASTEK group
International coordination for systems and security alignment across ASTEK's main foreign subsidiaries (26 countries including Poland, Spain, Canada)
Team composition:
- An team manager with 12 technicians and engineers, including 3 offshore
- A Quality/Environment Director, also in charge of the Security Office with an assistant
- A CISO and an assistant

INTITEK Director, ASTEK Group subsidiary, in charge of industrial product design and manufacturing
Daily management of a multidisciplinary team, from cable assemblers to experienced engineers
